Victory at the 122nd Travemuender Week 2011

“Our” 49ers are Number 1 – again!

It’s more fresh wind in the sails for Team Schadewaldt-Baumann as they set firm course for the 2012 Olympic qualifications. This time the duo has won the 122nd Travemuender Week in the 49er class. Held over six days, the regatta – which is richly steeped in tradition – served up a mixed bag of weather conditions. It proved little difficulty for Tobias Baumann and Hannes Schadewaldt who, in the end, came out as the clear overall winners. We’re getting very used to congratulating the pair – and look forward to continuing doing so!
