Third place overall for Mar Mostro in the Volvo Ocean Race
PUMA Ocean Racing powered by BERG has secured third place overall in the world’s most gruelling offshore endurance race for yachts. After sailing more than 39,000 nautical miles, Mar Mostro has already secured the podium position in the 2011/2012 Volvo Ocean Race ahead of the final Galway In-Port Race taking place this weekend. The contest was one of the most closely fought in the history of the race.
